Clip-Ingot Bonding (CIB)
The CIB tool utilizes a rounded tip to focus and transmit the bonding energy to the workpiece. This prevents deep surface marking and debris contamination, which is common with conventional mesh tools. The resulting bonds are clean and damage-free, resembling those of a stapleless stapler.
Multi-Step Bonding (MSB)
The MSB tool features a secondary pad at the center of its rounded tip to further focus the bonding energy. The results are stronger bonds, shorter process times, even less damage to workpieces, and less noise pollution.
